Fly Baghdad - New Iraqi Airline

Fly Baghdad takes delivery of its first aircraft, an ex Spain´s Air Nostrum (EC-JCO) Bombardier CRJ200 (msn 7984) Iraqi reg. YI-BAH. The airline is planning to start operations from Baghdad to Basra, Najaf, and Erbil.

Wizz Air order 110 Airbus A321neo

Hungarian low-cost airline, Wizz Air has signed at the Paris Air Show an order for purchase 110 units of the newest version of the Airbus A321.The deal signed (U$S 13.684 millon) is one of the biggest contract´s signed by Airbus at Le Bourget. The Wizz Air A321neo are configurated with 239 seats.

Aeroflot cancels 787 order

The chairman and CEO of Aeroflot, Vitaly Savelyev confirms in an interview at the Paris Air Show that the airline has cancelled its order for 22 Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners posted in 2007 due to delays in the deliveries, but some experts argued that the decision has political reasons as the U.S. sanction´s against Russia.

Air Horizont, new spanish airline

Air Horizont is a new spanish airline based in Zaragoza´s International Airport. The airline plans to launch charters flights to two domestic destinations (Alicante-Seville) starting in 39 euros and two international routes (Rome-Munich) starting in 59 euros with two frequencies per week, using a Boeing 737-400 with 162 passenger seats. Boeing 777- Twenty years in service

The Boeing 777 will celebrate twenty years of passenger service. On June 7, 1995 a United Airlines Boeing 777-222 (N777UA) enter in service on the route from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) to London Heathrow (LHR). Actually this particular aircraft is operative in United Airlines fleet.
